  • Default username: admin, password: admin

  • If you have enabled both 2.4 and 5GHz, then there will be two boxes
  • If you have enabled the 2.4GHz Wireless
  • In the Wireless Network Name (SSID) box, enter your desired Wifi name

  • If you have 5GHz as well, then repeat the password and Wifi name changing steps as shown for 2.4GHz
  • Click on the “Save” button to apply the changes
  • Re-connect your device with a new Wifi name and password

  • Go to http://tplinkwifi.net and enter the login details
  • Select ” Advanced ” From the top menu and then click “Wireless Menu.”
  • Go to “Wireless Settings” from the drop-down menu
  • From the top right side of the popup window, you will see 2.4GHz  and 5GHz.
  • By default, 2.4GHz is selected.
  • Click the radio button before “Enable Wireless Radio” to enable this option.

  • Select WPA2-PSK for the version. Select AES for Encryption. Enter your password
  • Select 802.11b/g/n mixed for Mode
  • Choose Auto for Channel Width
  • Choose Auto from the channel drop-down list
  • From Transmit Power, select High
  • Finally, “Save’ to keep all the changes
